What is Paywave LLC?
Paywave LLC is a money transfer company connecting people in the United States and Tajikistan through simple and transparent financial services.
How do I create an account?
Open Create an account, enter your name, birth year, email and password, and confirm your email. Then sign in to your private dashboard.
Can I move real money through the portal?
Verified customers can submit transfer requests in the portal. Your request is received and processed, and we will notify you as soon as processing is complete. Please contact our support team for more information.
How do I enter recipient details?
Open Recipients in the demo portal and add a fictional name, Tajik phone number and city. This does not authorize a payout; supported payout methods are not confirmed.
How are fees and exchange rates shown?
The configured fee is 2% added on top of the amount sent: $1,000 plus $20 equals $1,020. No live exchange-rate quote or recipient amount is available. Additional payout or bank charges are unconfirmed and not included in this fee example.
How do I review and track a transfer?
In the demo portal, review the recipient, amount, fee and total before confirming a fictional record. Open History and select the record to view its example status. A completed demo is not confirmation of real payment or payout.
What verification is required?
Confirm your email for account access. Identity review is separate and never automatic after an upload. Real passport collection is disabled; only authorized test accounts can use fictional documents. Contact support about outstanding steps.
How can I get help?
Use Contact support for account questions or transfer inquiries. Include a reference if relevant, but no bank credentials or identity documents. Delivery times, funding methods and refund conditions must be confirmed; they are not promised by the demo.
